Congratulations to Troop 5 Assistant Scoutmaster J.R. Boye who will be presented with the Silver Beaver award at the Council Dinner on Friday, Feb 3, 2006. The Silver Beaver award is the highest honor the Pacific Skyline Council can award an adult and is in recognition of J.R.'s many outstanding contributions to Scouting, the community, and youth over the years. |
